new projects
even when i’m not in front of the camera, i’m busy…or at least i try to be. i’m currently in the process of setting up a live event for MFAS, writing a monthly column for the MFAS newsletter, and auditioning every spare moment. combine that with the "Ozark Mile" rewrites and golf and i don’t really sleep.
but i do find the time to fit in nightly Three’s Company reruns.
i’m going to try to find space to post here the articles i will be writing for MFAS. more info on the event tomorrow or Saturday…

What’s MFAS? I’m sure I’ll know what you’re talking about as soon as you tell me, but as of right now, I’m clueless.

MFAS is Managing Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. It’s a great organization that Nick has been working for for quite some time now.
I hope those re-writes will be done soon, because there are people out here ready to see them :-) If you’d call me back, I could tell you about some shizzy

James, you’re funny. Oh, what’s shizzy? I’M BACK FROM STATE! So excited to be in my own bed. Nick, there’s one thing I’ve learned about being busy: There are some times you just need to take a break and take a day off for yourself! So you could come and visit casey, me, taryn, carey, carrie, bj, justin, mom, dad, jim, and yeah. We all miss you so much!

James, James, James…now you’re just spreading rumors…
MFAS is the “Missouri Film Alliance of Springfield”#–a group that is trying to boost filmmaking in the Springfield area. I’m Co-Chair of one of the committees (James and I sort of encouraged the formation back in 2003).
I should be back up that way here in the next week or so…and then you can punish me with your putt-putt-putting.

You better tell that James guy to stop lying to me - I’m extremely gullible and don’t appreciate him taking advantage of my naiveness. You know where liars go…….
Furthermore, I was simply concealing my awe-insprirng golfing abilities the last time. To golf with me when I am truly playing the game is an honor given to a few select individuals, and you should look forward to that opportinity. that’s what it is - the opportunity of a lifetime, not a punishment.

Taryn, Taryn, Taryn. I believe the fact that you have hopes, but I don’t believe that you aspire to be a kick butt putt-putter. Frankly, I don’t think it could happen…..remember that I love you.
Nicholas, now you must come up for my birthday, but you must, must come up for your sisters graduation. Granted you have an ultra-busy life trying to establish things, but believe me, you won’t want to miss a moment that happens once in her life. Out of the whole family, she looks up to you the most. I don’t know why, you’re crazy, but you know what I mean.
