MGD Shoot : Motion-tastic
So I booked that commercial… :) Here’s some photos from the shoot, and yes, I know I look hot in this outfit. The entire thing was motion capture, so "I" will not appear in it#–just my actions. No voice, no figure, etc. But the character being animated? All me…

Yup. Pretty sore. I didn’t realize how many muscles I was using during the shoot#–every action was reapeated dozens of times, and when it’s falling down, jumping from a high location, etc. there are a lot of muscles involved. It’s a bit of a nudge towards, oh, I don’t know… going to the gym more maybe?

How Cool! First, congrats on booking the spot. Secondly, how cool to get to do the whole motion capture thing! I’ve never done that before but it looks really fascinating. Go man go!

Dude. I’m posting here as opposed to flickr…I was looking at some of the photos…I just wanted to punch some of those people leaving comments…you can tell they’ve all had “art” educations, or have been “trained” as a photographer…’cept they are heartless and rigid…just had to pass that along.
